Our Services are not intended for and should not be used by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. Users under 18 must have permission from their parent or guardian to use our Services.

In order to provide the Services, ARGO collects several categories of Personal Data concerning you, for different purposes, legal bases and retention periods, as described in the table below.
We indicate to you at the time of their collection the data which are mandatory to be able to profit from our services. The others are optional.

Additional information about training our AI model: By using ARGO, you acknowledge that ARGO uses the images you upload to improve, train and develop ARGO's products, services and models. For clarity, our model improvement does not apply to the images processed through our Application Programming Interface (API). The images used for training and improving the models are selected and annotated without any more information about your identity (no name, no contact details, no ID, no localization, and so on).
3. Is your personal data transmitted to others?
3.1. ARGO employees
Authorized ARGO employees have access to your data to ensure the proper functioning of the Application, to provide you with the Services and to respond to your requests.
3.2 Service providers
Your Personal Data is transmitted to third-party processors involved in the provision of the Services (technical and hosting service providers, sending of notifications, user tracking, management of security incidents, etc.).
3.3 Cookies providers
Your personal data are transmitted to third parties depositing cookies or similar tracking technologies on the Services, according to the choices made via the cookies banner and subject to your consent, under the conditions provided in the Cookies Policy.
3.4 Communication for legal reasons
Personal Data may be disclosed to a third party if ARGO is required to do so by law, regulation or court order, or if such disclosure is necessary for the purposes of an investigation, injunction or legal process, whether domestically or abroad.
